Innvaro: The service provider, Innvaro, based in the Netherlands.
Service: The SaaS service (Software as a Service) offered by Innvaro, including the website, application, and all related services.
User: Every person or company that uses the service, including hosts and guests.
Host: A user who manages properties via the Innvaro service.
Guest: A user who uses the Innvaro service during a stay at a property.
These general terms and conditions apply to all use of the Innvaro service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.
Innvaro reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page.
Innvaro provides a SaaS service for property managers to help their guests with:
Innvaro strives for a reliable service but cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without interruptions.
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the property data they enter, including address, description, house rules, and contact details. Hosts are responsible for the content they share with guests via the service.
Guests use the service at their own risk. Innvaro is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by hosts, nor for the quality or availability of recommended activities, restaurants, or services.
It is not permitted to use the service for illegal purposes, to abuse, disrupt, or damage the service, or to gain unauthorised access to the systems or data of others.
An account is required to use the Innvaro service as a host. You are responsible for:
Innvaro reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate accounts if there is a violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or other reasons Innvaro deems justified.
Guests do not need an account to use the service via QR codes.
For paid subscriptions, the prices apply as listed on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments are charged monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan.
Innvaro offers a free start for new users. You can build your property setup, units, and guest content at no cost. A paid subscription is required to make the Guest App live and accessible to guests.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the billing period.
In case of non-payment, Innvaro may suspend or terminate access to the service. Innvaro reserves the right to collect overdue payments.
Innvaro strives for a reliable and available service, but cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without interruptions, errors, or malfunctions.
Innvaro is not liable for:
Innvaro's total liability is limited to the amount the user has paid for the service in the past year, unless the damage is the result of intent or willful recklessness by Innvaro.
Innvaro is not liable for damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
All rights relating to the Innvaro service, including software, design, texts and trademarks, remain the property of Innvaro.
Users retain all rights to the data and content they enter. By using Innvaro, the user grants Innvaro a license to use this data to provide the service.
It is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service, software, or content without written permission from Innvaro.
You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by deleting your account through your account settings.
Innvaro reserves the right to terminate accounts or deny access to the service in the event of a breach of these terms, abuse of the service, non-payment, or other reasons that Innvaro deems justified.
Upon termination of your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer period. You can request a copy of your data before your account is terminated.
Innvaro reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For substantial changes, we will inform users via email or through a notification in the service. By continuing to use the service after changes, you agree to the amended terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising from or related to these terms or Innvaro's services will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
For consumers, disputes can be submitted to the court of the country where the consumer resides, if this is different from the Netherlands.
